Today's happy hour forecast calls for rain, so seek shelter with the giant Buddha at Tao. All three levels get packed with after-work drinkers and European tourists lured by the music, the saketinis and the wasabi peanuts. The Pan-Asian cuisine also gets good reviews, but be prepared to wait a while for a table if you decide to stay for dinner.
