Summer Solstice

Celebrate the longest day of the year at a Summer Solstice party.
Party in the Park -- Enjoy cocktails and appetizers in a specially created indoor park at Silverleaf Tavern. Admission is free and specialty cocktails are $12 ($1 goes to benefit the Trust for Public Land's park conservation efforts).
Solstice Day Boat Ride -- Cruise the Hudson on the historic river boat Star of Palm Beach. All aboard at 5:30 PM at Pier 40 (West St. at Houston St.) Tickets are $15 ($10 for Friends of Hudson Park members and $5 for kids).
Midsummer Night Swing -- Join Martha Wash of Weather Girls fame for a night of disco, soul, and funk at Lincoln Center.
