Heat Wave Survival Guide

With temperatures set to soar above 100 degrees today and tomorrow, the city has declared an official heat emergency. That means New York City pools will be staying open until 8PM on both nights to help New Yorkers cool off. New York State is also waiving admission fees to several NYC-area parks and beaches -- including Jones Beach and Robert Moses.
