Mostly Mozart Festival

The Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center kicked off last night with an opening night gala and will run through August 25th. The 2007 Mostly Mozart Festival will feature more than 35 concerts, performances, and events for music lovers.
The festival is celebrating its 41st year and the focus is no longer all about Mozart. The first week of the 2007 Mostly Mozart Festival is a tribute to Beethoven. Other festival highlights will include performances by the Mark Morris Dance Company and concerts featuring two of the world's great choirs and ensembles of musicans playing period instruments.
