- Artexpo New York -- Artexpo New York marks 30 years as the world’s largest fine and popular art fair with its annual show at the Javits Center through March 3rd. Since debuting in 1978, Artexpo New York has helped launch the careers of some of the finest American artists of the 20th century, including Andy Warhol, Peter Max, Robert Indiana, Leroy Neiman and Robert Rauschenberg. Adult tickets cost $15 per day; $5 for seniors and students.
- 2008 New York Times Travel Show -- Dreaming of a getaway from freezing New York City? Stop by this travel expo this weekend and check out travel deals, enjoy live entertainment from around the world, nosh on food samples at the Taste of the World Pavilion, sample spa treatments, and mingle with best-selling travel authors.
- JCC Israel Non-Stop Arts Festival 2008 -- On Sunday, enjoy a full day of activities including a Hummus tasting and demonstration, a wine tasting, dance performances by Batsheva Dance Company and film screenings. Entrance is free though some events have an admission price.
- Traces -- It's the last weekend to catch The 7 Fingers at the New Victory Theater. This fearless five-member French-Canadian circus troupe fuse basketball, skateboarding, music, dance, comedy and illustration on stage for your amusement.
