Sunset Yoga

Happy Hump Day. If you've got a case of the mid-week, too-much-time-spent-hunched-over-your-computer blues, we've got the cure. Enjoy a free session of Hatha yoga with a view of the sunset over the Hudson.

Bring your own mat and your stiff muscles to Riverside Park and 66th Street at 6:30 pm tonight (and any Wednesday through September 24) for an hour of yoga moves suitable for all fitness levels.

The sessions are sponsored by the Summer on the Hudson arts and culture festival, which also includes concerts, movies, and other summer events in Riverside Park. If you enjoy the sunset yoga, don't miss the Pilates mat classes in the same location on Tuesday nights at 6:30 (through August 12).
