Celebrate Winter's Eve at Lincoln Square

Monday December 1, 2008
columbus circle holiday Kick off December with a night of fun at the annual Winter's Eve at Lincoln Square extravaganza. You'll find all kinds of free entertainment, food tastings, and other fun all along Broadway and Columbus from Columbus Circle up to 68th Street.

This year, while Lincoln Center is under construction, the neighborhood holiday tree lighting will take place at Dante Park. Join Grandma from the Big Apple Circus, Michael Bacon, the Slavic Soul Party, and the Youth Pride Chorus for the lighting of the 20-foot Balsam Fir.
Live entertainment will also include a peformance by The Bacon Brothers, the Father Goose Children's Dance Party, Circus Minimus: The One-Man Circus in a Suitcase, an interactive drum cafe, performances by Mr. Meatloaf and the Professor from the Big Apple Circus, and much more.
