Best Bars for Watching the Yankees Beat the Phillies in Game 6

Wednesday November 4, 2009

yankee stadiumCouldn't get tickets to Yankee Stadium to watch the New York Yankees take on the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 6 of the World Series?

Have no fear. Ninety-nine percent of New York bars will be showing the game.  Here are a few of the best New York City sports bars for watching the game tonight:

  • ESPN Zone -- You won't miss a moment of the game (even in the bathroom) at ESPN Zone.
  • The Sunburnt Cow -- Watch the game on the big screens while enjoying 2 full hours of unlimited drinking for $20 at this Avenue C bar.
  • Southern Hospitality -- Settle in at Southern Hospitality to watch the action on 14 HD flat screen TVs. You can eat  stadium food (nachos,  wings, pulled pork sandwiches)  and knock back creative drink specials (including the Melky-inspired MELKshake, a Guinness ice cream float) and free shots after every home run.
