  • Taste of Tribeca -- On Saturday, sample delicacies from Tribeca's most gifted chefs. Your $45 ticket ($40 in advance) buys you six scrumptious tastes from restaurants including Bouley, Nobu, Tribeca Grill and 50+ others.
  • Bust Magazine Craftacular and Food Fair -- Feeling crafty? Join Bust Magazine,  more than 100 indie vendors of cool hand-crafted gifts and treats, and a live DJ for this one-day shopping and eating extravaganza.

  • New York City Dance Parade 2011 -- Shake your moneymaker down old Broadway on Saturday afternoon. The Dance Parade will start at 1pm, hoof it to Tompkins Square Park and then transform into DanceFest, a four-hour free festival with dance performances, dance lessons, and a DJ party.
  • It's My Park Day! -- Also on Saturday, you can team up with  other New Yorkers to help beautify our NYC parks for summer. Events are taking place in parks across the five boroughs.
  • Hudson River Pageant -- Saturday's Hudson River Pageant is an ecological art festival in support of restoring the Hudson River and addressing climate change in New York City. Head to the river (between Vesey Street and Horatio Street) for a parade of giant river creature puppets, a chanting concert, dancing grass mounds, a live fish release, a garden planting ceremony, and more.
  • Time's Up Fourth Annual Doggie Pedal Parade -- On Sunday, enjoy a leisurely bike ride with your doggie around Washington Square Park followed by an after-party at the park dog run. Dogless New Yorkers are also welcome to attend and admire the pups on parade.
  • Drums Along the Hudson -- Celebrate the spirit of the drum and the culture of the Native American people in Inwood Park on Saturday. The open-air powwow will feature world dance and drumming performances, international foods and Native American arts and crafts.
