The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC) is the largest multi-arts festival in North America. From August 12th through 28th, 2011, FringeNYC will mark its 15th anniversary with more than 200 companies from around the world performing some 1,200 shows in 20+ venues all over New York City.

Fringe Festival History

FringeNYC was founded by off-off Broadway theater company The Present Company in 1996. Since then, the festival has launched Broadway and Off-Broadway successes like Urinetown (winner of 3 Tony Awards).

What to See at Fringe Festival 2011

FringeNYC is a great way to see the work of exciting, up-and-coming performers and artists. Fringe NYC also features cool special programs -- like FringeJR and Fringe High for family and teen-friendly entertainment.

Get Tickets to Fringe Festival Shows

The dates for FringeNYC 2011 are Friday, August 12th through Sunday, August 28th, 2011. Performances are from 2 PM to Midnight on weekdays, and Noon to Midnight on weekends.

Tickets are $15 for general admission to any performance in advance ($18 at the door). Festival passes are also available at prices from $70 (any five shows) to $500 (all the shows you can see).
