2011 Shakespeare in the Park Schedule
The 2011 Shakespeare in the Park season will feature alternating performances of Measure for Measure and All's Well That Ends Well throughout June and July, starting on June 6, 2011.Shakespeare in the Park is performed at The Delacorte Theate, located near Turtle Pond, just south of the Great Lawn in Central Park. The closest Park entrance from the East Side is Fifth Avenue at 79th Street; from the West Side, Central Park West at 81st Street. The theater opens at 7:30 p.m.

Get on Line in Central ParkAlthough tickets are free, they can be hard to come by. Tickets are handed out on the day of the performance starting at 1pm at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park -- first come, first served. Lines of eager theater-goers start forming early in the morning, so plan on camping out. There is a limit of two tickets per person. Call (212) 260-2400 for more information.
Pick Up Shakespeare in the Park Tickets In the Boroughs
On some performance dates, a limited number of vouchers for that night's performance will be distributed at locations throughout New York's five boroughs. Ticket vouchers will be distributed between 1PM and 3PM while supplies last. Each person in line is allowed two vouchers, and each voucher is good for one ticket. Order Shakespeare in the Park Tickets Online
Some tickets will be available online the day of each performance. To get these tickets, you must register a Virtual Ticketing account and then log on between midnight and 1PM on the day of the performance you want to see to submit a request for up to two tickets. An email will be sent to you by 5PM that day if you have received tickets. Ticket recipients are chosen at random, not in the order that requests are received. Tickets will then be held at The Delacorte Theater Box Office for pick-up between 5PM and 7PM only (ID required).

To help underwrite production expenses, a limited number of reserved seats will be made available to Summer Supporters. For a donation of $350, you get two reserved seats to be used in any combination for the Shakespeare in the Park season. In order to keep the highest number of free seats available for the general public, these reserved Summer Supporter seats are available for a short time only.
