Tourists and locals alike look forward to the unveiling of the holiday department store window displays each year. New York's top department stores compete to wow us with the most elaborate and artistic holiday scenes. At Lord & Taylor for 2009, the holiday windows are all about snowy scenes, Swarovski crystal, gingerbread, Christmas trees, and shiny holiday finery.
