Are You Qualified to Vote in New York?
You're qualified to vote in New York if:
- You are a U.S. citizen;
- You are 18 years old;
- You have lived at your present address at least 30 days at the time of the election in which you wish to vote;
- You are not in jail or on parole for a felony conviction; and
- You do not claim the right to vote elsewhere.
How to Register to Vote in New York
