Get Down at the New York City Dance Parade

There is dancing in the streets every year at the New York City Dance Parade. For the May 2011 event, more than 9,000 dancers gathered at 21st Street and shook their moneymakers down Broadway to Tompkins Square Park for an outdoor dance party (complete with free dance lessons).

These disco roller skaters came out to boogie on Broadway.
